Thanks for scrolling on by, I'm Claire. My work through Restore yoga aims to provide an antidote to the stresses & strains of everyday life. Restore was created through a combination of my love for yoga, background in the psychology & neuroscience of mental health & experiences of stress in our chaotic world.
I combine movement & stillness to nourish the body & cultivate calm in the mind, providing nurturing space for you to lead yourself back to the best version of yourself. Whether you're experienced or curious, my classes suit a range of abilities and objectives through a relaxed, light-hearted and open approach.

A fusion of yin and restorative yoga that focuses on deep stretch and relaxation. Long held poses encourage you to turn inwards, to find stillness and to release tension from deep layers of the body.
Yoga for all
An active class that moves slowly and gently through the foundations of yoga. If you'd like to focus on mindful movement with space to slow down, this is the class for you.
A dynamic, fast tempo class with a playful edge. Build strength and fitness and challenge yourself to try new things, such as arm balances and inversions. Plenty of options and isn't as scary as it sounds, I promise..
Yoga & Reiki
A monthly workshop combining a soft and deep practice of yoga with the gentle energy healing method of Reiki. This workshop is in collaboration with talented Reiki master Leena Graham and each month we aim to create a nurturing environment around a different theme. Following each workshop we invite you to join us for tea, cake and connection.
