My pregnancy yoga classes are designed to help you navigate the emotional ups and downs, physical changes, and shifting energy (or lack of..) during this journey into motherhood. Each class weaves together:
Gentle strengthening and stabilising movement
Nourishing stretches to ease tension
Breathwork to calm and connect
Restorative practices to support rest and integration
Since qualifying in pregnancy yoga in 2020 with teachers Sally Parkes and Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, I’ve supported expectant mothers through practices grounded in science and enriched by embodied enquiry, helping you tune into both the wisdom of your body and the evidence behind what helps.
