This series of classes is designed to support your body and emotions through the changes of pregnancy. Each class blends gentle strengthening, mindful connection to your changing body, and intentional rest and release. We focus on the areas that are being challenged most—pelvis, core, back, and shoulders—while incorporating pelvic floor work and breath practices to help you feel steady, spacious, and supported.

Move at your own pace, take what feels helpful, and revisit the practices whenever you need a little more connection to yourself and your baby. Each session is roughly one hour and comes with a carefully curated Spotify playlist to guide your flow.

Classes include:

  • Strong Roots – grounding and stabilising the pelvis while creating space for your baby.

  • Pelvic Stability – building strength in the glutes and hips as your centre of gravity shifts.

  • Space to Breathe – opening the upper body and using breath to invite ease and calm.

  • Fluid Back Body – supporting your spine with strength and release as your posture changes.

  • Heartfelt Core– connecting to the emotional journey of pregnancy, opening the heart and strengthening the core.

  • Whole Body Nourish – slowing down, moving with awareness, and honouring the body as a whole.

This series is a gentle companion for your pregnancy, offering both physical support and mindful presence for the shifting landscape of body and emotions.
