Welcome to Rocket Yoga — an energising vinyasa flow designed to build strength, stamina, and focus. It’s called Rocket, because it gets you there faster! As in, experience advanced yoga asanas through drills, play and challenge. This series is therefore ideal for those with some to intermediate yoga experience, who want to deepen their asana practice.
Fun, fiery, and fast-paced, this series invites playfulness and curiosity as you explore your physical and mental edges. Across six themed classes, you’ll move with breath and rhythm through Rocket’s signature sequences — balancing grounding strength with moments of lightness and flight.
Expect to sweat, smile, and surprise yourself as you grow more confident and connected through movement. Options are always available and two blocks recommended.

The Basics — establish foundations and rhythm
Standing Balances — find stability in motion
Hip Openers — create space and freedom in the lower body
Arm Balances — play with lift and courage
Backbends — open the heart, strengthen the spine
Inversions — explore patience and confidence upside down
Each class includes:
